'And behold, Amariah the priest is chief over you in every matter of the LORD, and Zebadiah son of Ishmael is ruler over the house of Judah in every matter of the king; and the scribes and the Levites are before you. Be strong and act, and the LORD will be with the good.'
The chapter closes by assigning spheres of responsibility and urging strong, faithful action under divine companionship.
